Tales of a Drupalista Wannabe
I have to admit first off that I'm really not any kind of expert or guru on the topic of Drupal. I am merely an enthusiast and student at this point. The nice folks at work are probably getting quite annoyed with hearing about Drupal and why the web team is so excited about it. I would probably go so far as to say it is absolutely meaningless to nearly everyone in the building.
If I haven't already run you off by making this as dull as possible, I would like tell a bit about the projects for which I am using Drupal. The most obvious is right here at CaseyShultz.com. This is a test bed for the Open Source project where I intend to see how much cool factor I can overuse.
SciFi Surplus is actually by biggest push at the moment. I do work for a living and these two websites are done on my personal time but my interest in Drupal actually started at work. I have created several small websites and plan to upgrade a few more. OgdenHA.org, OgdenFarmersMarket.org and What's In It For Me are some examples. The art was created by Mandi so if you're thinking, "Wow! Those are really good looking Internet locations," it's all her fault.
I am very pleased with the results I'm getting and I plan on getting very ambitious with the framework. I would like to write some modules and maybe help with some of the main project or contributed stuff. Documentation would probably be where I am most useful.
